Ereikis (or Sousoura). A bush unknown to the uninitiated that produces the honey “Ereikis”. A honey of very high nutritional value with a special taste that has only been recognized in recent years.

The Cretan honey “Ereikis” is collected from semi-mountainous heather forests of the whole island where the heather coexists with arbutus, oaks, locusts and many more autumn plants of the rich Cretan flora.
