Uses of honey for skin health:
- Face mask
Due to its ability to open the pores and moisturize the skin, honey is ideal for a face mask. Gently moisturize your skin and spread a spoonful of honey in a circular motion on your face until it is evenly covered. Leave it for 20-30 minutes before rinsing it with lukewarm water.

Honey is exactly the right substance for the healing of fingernails thanks to its moisturizing properties. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Rub the mixture on each cuticle and leave it for 10 minutes before rinsing.
Weekly exfoliation will be good for your skin and honey is the most suitable ingredient for the softest peeling. You can make a homemade mixture by mixing 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of baking soda. This combination will remove dead cells, while at the same time it will calm and soothe the skin.
